The Summit offers a 54,300 square foot flexible, functional space with seating capacity of 5,000. We host a variety of events, conventions, trade shows, conferences and educational seminars. The Summit is the facility of choice for Special Olympics, Twistar's Gymnastics Invitational, and Shipshewana on the Road. Easy access off the expressway, and a well maintained facility and grounds, in-house catering, professional staff, and reasonable pricing all contribute greatly to ensuring the success of our events.

Wedding Receptions

The Summit Sports and Ice Complex is the perfect location for your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridesmaids luncheon, bridal shower or other special event. The day of your event is accomplished with professionalism and perfect planning. Our Event Coordinators make every effort to ensure that your day is as perfect as you dreamed it would be.

Choose from our three options:

Option 1: The Mezzanine

We offer an upper mezzanine area with seating capacity up to 400 including space for a dance floor and DJ.  Choosing this option, you will be allowed to bring in everything on your own, including table and chairs, decor and food.

Option 2: The Mezzanine and Furnishings

In addition to The Mezzanine, this option will include tables, chairs, and a dance floor.  Choosing this option will allow to beresponsible for the decorating and the food.

Option 3: The Mezzanine, Furnishings, Decor and Food

This deluxe package will include everything:  The Mezzanine, tables and linens, chairs, dance floor, decorating and catering.

Not only do we provide a great facility that can be decorated to reflect your special theme, we also offer food, beverage and snacks of all types. Our convenient parking accommodations for all those who choose to drive, along with easy drop off for those who choose to arrive in a limousine. A prom and after prom party at The Summit is a creative, sensible, and exciting way to ensure a safe fun environment.

Our meeting rooms, field house, and upper mezzanine provide many different venues to celebrate any occasion such as anniversaries, birthdays, retirement parties, etc. in a wholesome family oriented environment.

Meeting Rooms:

Our meeting rooms provide a great opportunity to escape the distractions of the office, stimulate new thinking and accomplish the meeting's objectives in a modern and exciting atmosphere. In-house catering is available for your convenience. Each room will accommodate up to 75 people.
